Heinrich Du Plooy, known as TRPLH, is more than just a radio presenter — he’s a storyteller, connector, and trusted voice in South African broadcasting. His journey began in 1995, and today he hosts the afternoon show on Bok Radio 98.9FM, where he continues to engage, entertain, and inspire listeners across the country.

But beyond the music and the mic, TRPLH is driven by something deeper — connection. This platform extends beyond radio, creating space for meaningful conversations, personal stories, and topics often left unspoken, including men’s health and depression.

My mission is simple: uplift, inspire, and remind people they’re not walking alone.
